Importing pets into Hong Kong
Requirements:
Pets arriving into Hong Kong must fly as manifest cargo.
Before you set out in bringing your pet into Hong Kong, it is best to know if the country of origin is a group one, group two or a group three countries.
We have listed the full terms and conditions for all three categories, for importing your family pet.
When your pet arrives in Hong Kong there are two cargo terminals in which you can pick up your pet from, depending on which airline your pet traveled on.
Cathay Pacific, British Airways, Airfrance, China Southern, Dragon Air, Swiss Air, Thai Airlines and JAL are some of major airlines which are located in Super Terminal One.
Singapore Airline, United Airlines, Lufthansa Airlines and Qantas Airlines are some of the major airlines which are located in Asia Airfreight Terminal.
Both cargo terminals have full facilities in importing live animals.

Procedures:
International pet travel specializes in helping pet owners importing, there family pets from overseas.
Our range of Import services :
Obtaining the import license (which takes 5 working days to be issued), forwarding it to the pet owner or to an overseas agent, informing the Agriculture & Fisheries Department on the date of arrival for your pets.
Arranging to collect the pet, clear government departments from the cargo terminal and deliver to residential.
Advance booking for quarantine space for pets coming from a group three countries.
If the pet is traveling on the same flight with owner we can also arrange to Pickup the client and luggage from the passenger side of the airport and taking them over to the cargo terminal to collect the pet and clear all governments departments and take owner and pet to there Hong Kong residential.
Advance booking is necessary for quarantine space for pets coming from a group three countries.
Boarding can be arrange, until the owner is ready to receive there family pet.
